Louise Whiteley is the woodworker behind Tilly's Cottages, she’s inspired by our beautiful, British coastal towns, traditional seaside harbours and thatched cottages in the Cotswolds. If you’d like to make your own cottage, please book on to one of her daily workshops at the show.

Mark reached the quarter finals of The Great British Sewing Bee in 2020 and has since developed a range of sewing patterns tools and accessories. Mark specialises in tailoring replica Doctor Who costumes for fans of the BBC series as well as holding talks and teaching.

Ros is a ceramic artist with a BA(Hons) degree from Wolverhampton University in 3D Design. Known for her creative flair, she offers engaging workshops where participants sculpt their own ceramic animal sculptures in just a day.

Ruth works from her garden studio on the edge of the Cotswolds, creating unique textiles with dyed, painted or printed cloth. These creations are further enhanced with free-motion stitching and hand embroidery. Ruth finds her inspiration in the landscape, flowers, the ever changing weather and beautiful ocean. She endeavours to capture the essence of her inspiration, working intuitively from observation, memory and imagination. In addition to working as an artist, she also is a dedicated educator. Teaching both recreational, accredited (City & Guilds) courses, demonstrating at various events and providing tailored workshops for Art and Textile groups.

Sarah Payne is a passionate quilting teacher, designer, and author known for her vibrant, accessible style. She inspires creativity through workshops, TV, books, and kits – making quilting fun and achievable for everyone, from absolute beginners to seasoned stitchers.

Senior Art Clay Instructor with 20+ years’ experience. Based at Craftworx Jewellery Workshops, East Yorkshire, teaching studio workshops & online as well as teaching at venues across UK and internationally.

Zoe and her partner Oriana, AKA Cricut Inspire, run online workshops designed to build confidence when using a Cricut machine. They love creating inspiring projects and sharing their love of all things Cricut on social media and in their Facebook group!

Kim runs a wide range of workshops under the name Darn It! Workshops focusing on sustainability, well-being and creativity. Kim focuses on a range of different heritage rug making and punch needle workshops using different tools, techniques and approaches with a modern twist. She also has a focus on creative mending techniques including darning, sashiko and embroidery-based mending. Outside of running workshops she co-runs Thread Republic, a Textile Reuse Hub in Huddersfield where she curates the workshop program and co-manages the shop.

Fifteen Quilts is an international group of 15 textile artists. Every two months members make a 15” square quilt based on a particular theme. These quilts are displayed in the Artists’ Gallery on their website.

The Lace Guild is the largest lace organisation in the United Kingdom and is an accredited museum with a large collection of lace and associated artefacts. The Guild produces two quarterly magazines: Lace and Early Days in Lacemaking and publishes books of lace techniques and patterns. They also run courses and workshops throughout the UK and have a large and comprehensive library. The aims of the Guild are to information about the craft of lacemaking, its history and use, promote a high standard of lacemaking and encourage the design, development and professional presentation of lace.
