Sara is a contemporary mosaicist inspired by landscape, geology and music and began mosaics as a hobby in 1996. She has trained with many professional artists in many styles and aspects of mosaics. She is regularly employed to run sessions and workshops in hospital, garden and other community therapeutic settings.
From her studio in Whiteinch Glasgow she runs bespoke workshops and is part a new art collective Barclay Curle Creatives. Sara is Membership Secretary of the British Association of Modern Mosaics BAMM. She has exhibited her mosaic in exhibitions, makes garden and indoor mosaic art and has recently been commissioned by Yardworks Grid for street art in Glasgow.
