Helen says, as for a lot of people, crafting takes her away from ‘real life’ and allows her to be creative, fully in the present moment, appreciating the here and now. She now enjoys sharing this experience with all her customers through various crafting events and tutorials including Folk it! painting, weaving and macramé.
