Join Rachel to make these festive intricate Swedish stars, using different colours of willow. You will be able to make up to two of these traditional natural decorations in different sizes during this session.

Connecting with the natural environment is her passion and she tries to capture the movement of nature in her sculptures. Rachel loves to teach, passing on her practices and inspiring people on the use and beauty of natural materials to reconnect with the natural world.

In this extended workshop Rachel will guide you through the process of creating your own beautiful birdhouse, using British weaving techniques and weaving along with you, in this is a fun and exciting workshop.
The workshop is suitable for beginners with no prior knowledge of weaving. All materials will be supplied, including locally sourced willow, but please feel free to bring along your favourite secateurs.
Finished Birdhouse is approximately 45cm tall.
