David Moorish – Kingfly creates contemporary digital embroidered art for fashion and interiors, using a feast of colours, textures and detailing. Twice winner of the Hand & Lock, Wilcom Digital Embroiderer of the Year Award, David’s work has been featured in many publications, worn by celebrities, and appeared on BBC 1 TV Series, Make it at Market. David is a member of the Crafts Council and an Embroiderers’ Guild Scholar. Plus in 2023, David became the first embroider to be granted a QUEST Scholarship (Queen Elizabeth Trust) for his award-winning digital embroidery.
