We Sew Too Catwalk

On Saturday 16th March, @wesewtoo will be hosting all inclusive fashion shows for sewers. A delightful celebration of creativity, talent, and diversity within the sewing community, designed to showcase the incredible skills and craftsmanship of sewers from all walks of life, irrespective of age, gender, body type, or level of experience.

The fashion show is open to individuals of all skill levels, ranging from beginners to seasoned professionals. It offers a platform for sewers to exhibit their unique designs, innovative techniques, and personal style. The emphasis is on promoting inclusivity, ensuring that everyone feels welcome and valued.

To foster diversity, the fashion show encourages sewers to create garments that reflect their own cultural heritage, personal stories, or individual identities. This allows for a wide range of fashion aesthetics, from traditional and cultural attire to avant-garde and contemporary designs.

In addition to showcasing garments, there is also an emphasis on the importance of body positivity, celebrating all body types and promoting self-acceptance, featuring models of different shapes, sizes, and abilities. This approach fosters a sense of empowerment and helps to redefine societal beauty standards.

A vibrant and inspiring event that brings together a diverse community of individuals with a shared passion for sewing, aiming to break down barriers, challenge stereotypes, and celebrate the beauty of creativity in all its forms.
