Tutor Name: Goisa, Knot NOW

About The Tutor

Gosia is the heart and hands behind Knot NOW. With a deep love for sustainable craftsmanship, she started this journey to provide eco-friendly sewing cords that support creative projects. Every product is carefully made in Northamptonshire, UK, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail. Gosia is always exploring new colours and ideas to inspire others in their DIY creations. Gosia originally searched for the right sewing cord for herself but without success, which is what led her to take on the challenge of creating them herself. Over time, she managed to find and develop the right machinery for production. All materials are carefully selected to ensure the cord is of the highest quality. Gosia’s passion for working with sewing cords comes from hands-on experience and a genuine love for making. While she doesn’t have formal teaching experience, she is excited to share what she has learned with others. There are so many things that can be created using cord, and Gosia really enjoys discovering new possibilities and techniques. Gosia is still learning and developing her skills as she goes, and that continuous growth is a big part of her journey. Gosia’s aim during the workshop is to create a relaxed and friendly environment where people can enjoy the process, learn something new, and leave with something beautiful they’ve made themselves.
