Attendees will learn how to craft a fun hand embroidered brooch, using a pre-drilled wooden base.

Attendees will learn how to craft a fun hand embroidered brooch or key ring, using a pre-drilled wooden base.

 

You will choose a colour scheme for your design, then use a variety of canvaswork stitches to create it, later adding beads and sequins as embellishments.

This workshop will include how to complete your embroidery with a felt backing, brooch-pin or keyring chain.

All materials and tools will be supplied.

Advisory Note:
Suitable for beginner stitchers, including young people aged 10 + (under 16’s much be accompanied by an adult).
Experienced stitchers welcomed too.
