Gini has been teaching and keeping the 400-year old traditional craft of Dorset buttons alive for 34 years. An old lady from Dorset originally introduced Gini to this Heritage craft, showing her family skills that had been passed down from generation to generation. Gini made a promise that she would continue to teach other people and pass on these skills. Over the years Gini has kept to this promise and has taught individuals and workshops all over the UK and around the world. With fun new unique and modern designs she has kept the craft interesting and easy for all ages, bringing this traditional craft up-to-date.
