Join Sara in this fabulous mosaic workshop and create a fabulous mosaic robin plaque.
During the class you will learn how to:

• Use glass nippers to cut and shape vitreous and patte de verre mosaic tiles to make your own tesserae.
• Design your mosaic by considering all the body parts of a bird and giving your piece ‘flow’.
• Glue your tesserae to your substrate -– with the least amount of mess!
• Mix grout and finish off your pieces at home (instructions will be provided with powdered grout in bags for use at home).

Advisory Note:
This workshop involves the use of hand tools. Assistance will be given to those unable to cut their own pieces. This workshop is suitable for beginners and anyone over 16 years old.
